Energy Efficiency Measures – Energy efficiency measures reduce the amount of energy needed to heat a home and keep it at a warm, comfortable temperature. These typically include wall insulation, heat pumps, mechanical ventilation systems, and heating system upgrades.

Mechanical Ventilation Systems – Mechanical ventilation systems use extract fans and ducts to remove pollutants, excess moisture, and allergens while providing fresh air.

Radon – Radon is a colourless, odourless, radioactive gas. It occurs naturally as a result of decay of uranium in soil and water, and poses a health risk as it can cause lung cancer.

Solid Mineral Fuels – Solid mineral fuels are solid materials that can be burnt to provide heat. These typically include wood, charcoal, pellets, and coal.
