  • Description of Scotland's fuel poverty definition what it’s in it? why? and implications for addressing fuel poverty.

    • Scotland’s Measurement of Fuel Poverty. a. Past (i.e. 2019 SHCS), b. Present (SHCS 2021 & Scenario Modelling); c. Future (SHCS 2022 onward)

      An Introduction to the analysis that underpins the Fuel Poverty Strategy (and a brief exploration of its potential utility as an M&E asset)

      • a. analytical annex's 'modelling for energy efficiency targets’ and potential utility of alike modelling to inform M&E approach.



        • b. crosstab analyses for Characteristics of households likely to be in fuel poverty
