Scottish Fuel Poverty Advisory Panel have set out their thinking

Ahead of the Autumn Statement next week, the Scottish Fuel Poverty Panel have set out the thinking underpinning their Social Tariff Recommendations. The Panel’s view is that the introduction of a social tariff along the lines set out in their recommendations, would go a very long way towards ending fuel poverty in Scotland
